Feet and body

Being on Holiday at the moment means that I have some time to work on the T3-M4. At last it has stopped raining here so I can work on cutting out the feet pods and getting them and the body stuck together. I have made the feet pods a little bit larger than the original due to fitting in the much larger wheel chair motors and 10" wheels. There should be about 2" of clearance under the foot which should allow the Droids to easily run on much rougher ground. The motors will be bolted directly to the inner wall of the foot pods, which in turn will be bolted to the main body.

I hate roughing dow the surface of MDF ready for gluing.

I am trying a new Evostick glue which should be mega strong.
